R&D center

Our center is a leading scientific and practical institution in Russia in the field of medicine for the development of membrane equipment for blood filtration. The center's main areas of activity are the development of new technologies in the fields of filtration medicine and hemocorrection. In our research work we use experimental results, data from scientific studies, and the latest achievements in medicine, biology, and particle physics.

Biochemical laboratory Laboratory testing is an integral part of the entire process of developing innovative medical equipment. The biochemical laboratory performs more than 100 types of tests — from complete blood counts to determination of the biochemical, electrolyte, and hormonal composition of blood, as well as microbiological, serological, and cytological studies. The laboratory is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment from leading world manufacturers. Medical biochemistry is called the profession of the 21st century. In recent years, many Russian universities have been establishing departments, chairs, and centers to train specialists in this field. It is gratifying that our laboratory is one of the few established at a manufacturing enterprise, engaged in practical work in the field of blood biochemistry and the development of filtration materials based on the track membrane.

Biochemical laboratory

Experimental design bureau The experimental design bureau is engaged both in developing new medical equipment in the field of hemocorrection and in improving the devices for membrane plasmapheresis that are currently in production. The bureau has its own production and technical base, enabling it to carry out development, fabrication, and testing of prototype medical equipment. As a result of many years of work in developing medical equipment for hemocorrection, the bureau maintains strong ties with suppliers and partner organizations. Our programmers develop modern software for hemocorrection devices that is accessible to any physician. The equipment we design is ergonomic. The products of our production successfully compete with foreign counterparts.

Innovation department The purpose of the department's work is to develop innovative activity and create technology-intensive products, and to develop the company's innovation infrastructure as a comprehensive system of a complete innovation cycle that ensures the dynamic development of a number of priority directions in the medical industry, the training of competitive personnel for the company, and the commercialization of developments into the innovative medical sector of the economy. To this end we collaborate with other units of the company to ensure the transfer of research results, legal protection of intellectual property, licensing of technologies, and the creation of small innovation teams working on specific projects. An important aspect of our work is the implementation of personnel training and professional development programs, including internships at foreign companies with an effective innovation infrastructure or developments. A large team of designers, engineers, and other specialists works on the creation of our equipment, bringing their many years of experience and knowledge of technologies to every new device. All the work of the R&D center is aimed at realizing state-of-the-art innovative projects for the medical industry based on the development of breakthrough membrane technologies.
